Yoh respects copyright. If you think something on Yoh infringes your copyright, send a notice as described below. We respond to notices that meet the law’s requirements.

How to send a takedown notice

Your notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
2. The copyrighted work you think is infringed. If there are several, a list.
3. What on Yoh you think is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it. The page URL is best.
4. Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who posted it. We send them a copy of your notice, which may include your contact details.

How to send a counter-notice

If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the designated agent. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What was removed and where it was before it was removed (the URL).
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and phone number.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district where Yoh may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or their agent.

We send your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of repeat infringers. An account with 3 upheld copyright notices is closed.

False notices

If you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
